Basic screening that seemed to go well. Told that I would hear back from the hiring manager in 2-3 days and never heard anything. Its okay to not proceed, it isn't okay ghost.

The hiring process was thorough, which I can appreciate. I had four interviews in total. The communication and scheduling throughout was smooth and consistent. Everyone I met during the hiring process was also very kind, responsive, and attentive to all of my questions.
First Interview: With talent acquisition via phone
Second: Video meeting with hiring manager
Third: Video meeting with Manager of Implementations and senior Implementation Specialist for a mock call assessment. -I was provided access to a demo account and intro training for this.
-The purpose of this was to gauge the capability of directing clients and the ability to understand client need in correlation to the product
Fourth: Video meeting with VP of Customer Experience
Overall, not a bad hiring experience at all.

I applied online. Recruiter contacted me. Went through the phone screening process. I was contacted a few days after stating I was moved into the hiring manager stage and we'll be contacted in a few days. A week plus goes by. I reached out to the recruiter with no avail. I was pretty much ghosted. This was very negative and put a bad taste in my mouth about this company.
