The interview process was actually ok till the end. I went through 4 interviews and those were smooth. I was one of maybe 3 of their top picks. I met with the ceo of singlemind and then the ceo of the company they were hiring for and then no response. Ghosted. Keep in mind I invested almost a month to this process and they didn’t have the courtesy to communicate anything to me after the final interview. It didn’t feel like the valued the time of the people applying for the jobs. I emailed the ceo a lighthearted feedback email. No response. Their main person managing the hiring seemed to be overloaded too and I only got some responses when they reached out to me, but most emails went unanswered. I get it for first level. But for people that have invested time for 3-4 interviews it isn’t a good sign. Maybe your process will be different.
