Excellent interview process. I had prepared a presentation on what I felt at that time, a product stack of a media SAAS org, could evolve over time. My interview was very detailed, The interviewer was genuinely interested about why I thought what I thought, and patiently assessed and discussed my past experiences. Very decisive interviewer, very decisive interview, and not for once I felt as if I am being probed to detect any fault of mine. I walked away from the interview understanding about the company, about what excites them, and , an added method to fine tune my own interviewing skills.
