The recruiter reached out right away to schedule a screener interview with the CEO. The CEO interview was exactly 30 minutes (as scheduled). He was very personable and asked good questions, that I could tell he was likely asking everyone else. He wanted to know more about my background and how I would approach specific challenges for the position. He also wanted to know what I was looking for in a new role.
