It was like they were looking for the clue words not listening to me and stuff. I wanted to be a passenger service agent and they said I would be a ramp agent. I didn't want to argue with the interviewee. It was a pretty easy interview but I felt really weird about the whole interview process. The interviewee asked me more customer service questions that ended up with me getting the opposite job.
