HR came to me to ask for interview, after three rounds of interviews, I was told the position is canceled. Two months later, the HR came to me again asking me to do another two rounds of interviews. Okay I did another two, then they told me they decided to move forward with candidates with more experience. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
Completion of basic psychometrics, then a phone call to introduce you to the company. They gave clear communication and responsiveness throughout the process, ensuring you stay informed and engaged at every step.

Il processo si focalizza molto sulla personalità della persona. Una volta passati i primi due step (il primo con l'HR ed il secondo con due manager), si richiede di svolgere un test cognitivo basato su logica e matematica ed un test attitudinale. Dopodiché il terzo step prevede la discussione in lingua inglese dei risultati del test attitudinale.

I was headhunted by a recruiter. Recruiter interview, then interview with supervisor and lastly interview with someone who works in the role you're applying for. Positive feedback throughout the interview then silence. On follow-up I found out that the position had been filled a week before my last interview.
