Consists of at least four rounds. First with recruiting team, then regional director over the phone/zoom, in-person with regional director and final corporate office interview with all VPs and CEO. Very small and hands on corporate leadership, so that’s why you will interview with the CEO.

1st interview was with a recruiter. She asked general questions about my experience and was super professional and nice. One thing I had going for me is I had over 10 years of direct experience for the position so it wasn’t anything difficult. 2nd, 3rd & 4th interviews were via zoom & each asked the same questions- all seemed great & I kept getting moved to the next level. After that they asked me to fly to interview out of state with 6 different people. In the end I didn’t get the job offer. I just wish I wouldn’t have gone through all that for nothing.
