Entrevista
Sikraft InfoTech held a Campus Recruitment in our Engineering College in Navi Mumbai. Following were the Steps followed:-
1. Company Profile Introduction by Sikraft Staff- HR and Technical person
2. They asked us to fill Feedback Forms
3. There was a Short Questionnaire for all students for a duration 15 minutes.
4. After 1 Week I got a call from Sikraft HR for interview in Sikraft Office in Vashi.
5. HR Interview in Morning followed by Technical Round in Afternoon.
6. Next day I got call for Meeting with HR, where they explained the terms and conditions for the JOB

The interview was very long (2 hours), they asked me everything from "Three Element Drum Level Control" to "What was my Favorite Book and Why?"
