The interview process was 5-6 interviews long. I found the process was not handled very well. There was no clear communication, mainly just sending meeting links. Having worked with many recruitment agencies, this was by far my worst experience ever with an agency. I was in a process for 3 months. Signium organised interviews, however refused to take any phone calls, or provide feedback, simply send emails back and forth. This does nothing to build trust or a relationship and with candidates in final stages of a process you would expect a company to actually care. I felt completely out of the loop during the entire process, and was given 5mins-1 hour notice before any interviews were scheduled. There was no one person accountable for managing the process and the entire process was a nightmare. I would never work with this company again. Go elsewhere rather than waste your time. I am extremely disappointed by how this company treated me during the process. Additionally I saw practices of rife sexism, racism and ageism and felt like this company has no concept of professionalism. I hope other people have a better experience I did not.
