Colloquio breve e scorrevole, mi sono state chieste domande comuni per posizioni di internship. Il processo di selezione prevedeva 3 step: hr interna, colloquio con tutor interno e infine con PM per excel. Ho svolto solo il primo step. Nota negativa: non si sono più fatti vivi per feedback (anche negativo), che trovo poco educato.

During the interview, they mainly focused on my previous experience and how it aligns with the job description. They asked specific questions about my skills and past projects. The work environment seemed positive, although the location is a bit far, which could be inconvenient.

The interview was very personable, and not complicated. Was interviewed by HR (phone) & my manager (video interview). Super simple process and I felt confident about how I answered the questions.
