There were 2 different sets of interviews, one with a recruiter and one with a panel. The recruiter called over the phone while the panel was on zoom. The panel consisted of buyers who mainly asked behavioral questions.

The whole process took roughly a month. Everyone seemed really nice and welcoming. I interviewed with a total of 4 people, 2 for each round of interviews. They got back to me pretty quickly compared to other job interviews.

Any recent grad looking to work on their merchandising team...it is NOT worth your time interviewing here. I first applied and got a phone call to have an in person interview. This took a week. I interviewed with two women that made the interview unpleasant and it seemed like they didn't even want to work here. However, I thought my interview went well and sent my thank you's to them. After they said they would get back to me within a week or so I didn't hear back until a month and a half later asking me to come in again for another interview. I came back and now there were 4 positions open and I thought I had a great interview and good shot... until I never heard from them again. I left phone calls and emails and never received a response. These people do not value your time!!
