Any recent grad looking to work on their merchandising team...it is NOT worth your time interviewing here. I first applied and got a phone call to have an in person interview. This took a week. I interviewed with two women that made the interview unpleasant and it seemed like they didn't even want to work here. However, I thought my interview went well and sent my thank you's to them. After they said they would get back to me within a week or so I didn't hear back until a month and a half later asking me to come in again for another interview. I came back and now there were 4 positions open and I thought I had a great interview and good shot... until I never heard from them again. I left phone calls and emails and never received a response. These people do not value your time!!
