Easy but based on the manager. Some like to talk about numbers or pay. And others don't like that they want to know about you and what you can contribute to their store. It can be scary depending on who is interviewing you. But be calm don't be late be punctual. And business attire. Always prepare for role play selling system

One professional interview. I was asked several question and made small talk. The second interview I was asked to start the following week. It is not the same way currently. The hiring process is different but can be just as speedy.

Came to a recruiting event with many different store managers from the district. On rotation for about 30 minutes to an hour. Was not asked any difficult questions and everyone was very friendly.
