After I submitted my application through the WebSite, a recruiter got back to me within less than 2 days and scheduled a pre-screen phone interview. During this call, the recruiter also explained their hiring process. The phone interview went well and the recruiter scheduled a Zoom-Call with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager made himself available to not just ask questions but also explain the role, the company, the team and the products in detail. I passed the Hiring Manager's expectations and the recruiter got back to me to schedule another Zoom-Call with one of the Hiring Manager's peers. During this interview, I got the chance to understand how my role fits within the larger organization. After this call, the recruiter reached out to schedule a mock Sales pitch in front of a larger audience. Normally, this would be done on-site, but because of the pandemic, it would be another Zoom-Session. If the mock Sales pitch goes well, the next and last step would be a call with the CEO. I like the idea of the CEO screening all final candidates. However, in the meantime I received an offer letter from another company that I accepted, so I reached out to the recruiter and we stopped the process.
