I applied for the role online. I received an email within an hour of applying for the job from Sue thanking me for my application and asking an ice break question. I was then offered an interview for the following week. I was made to feel at ease throughout the process as I when coming for my interview I had little time to get from my job at the time, to the interview time. I am normally very nervous for interviews and when arriving at Signable I felt a little more relaxed as I was welcomed. I knew that Signable was a company I wanted to work for and I could see myself doing the job. The next stage I was given a project to do, there was no pressure on how you wanted to present your findings, whatever worked for you, was ok. I thought this was a great way of spending time to look further into the business and gain a real understanding of the business you are potentially going to work for... not only that but they paid me for my time which I thought was amazing. I unfortunately did not make the cut for the role. Despite being disappointed I was made to feel like the work I had done in the project was very good and that it was a hard decision for Sue to make. I was told that I should keep an eye out on potential positions coming up in the future... and that is what I did! A month later I re-applied for the same position. I was originally unsure if I should applybas I did not want to be disappointed again but I am so glad I did, as this time my hard work paid off and I got the role.... I was offered an interview within a view days of sending off my application. The interview went well. This time I was interviewed by Sue and Anna and the interview was starting from fresh as if I had never met Sue before. I felt that I was more confident as I had a better idea of Signable, and knew I had what it takes to be a good employee for the business. I had to do an personality test and then was told would find out if I got the job in a few days... which ended up being a week and a half, which I felt was a little frustrating as I was so nervous and just wanted to find out the outcome. And the wait was so worth it, as I received the good news call from Sue and was instantly made to feel like I was part of team Signable.
