The interview process was quite extensive, but it moved fast, until the final answer (they took a while to share a final answer, and I had to reach out). They provided more detailed feedback at the end, which was great.

The candidates are given a test task, which is quite abstract and doesn't have a single correct answer. One spends half a weekend, and all you hear back from the company is 'there were some mistakes in calculations' (which is ridiculous by default considering the type of task), and because of that, we decided to proceed with another candidate. Impeccable transparency and respect for the candidate's time.
