INterview with the President of the company. We had 2 interviews during the same day.Sify is perceived to be a company with high manpower attrition. My communication with the company was only thru the headhunting company . We had a very informal interview at a coffee shop of a luxary hotel. Interview lasted for an hour with the Prresident. They did not apprear very professional in the approach .
