the interview was pretty quick. Was greeted in one of the homes. Explained how the company worked and there place in the community. Did role playing on how to deal with mrdd individuals. Then asked personal questions on how the company would benefit from having an employee like myself. Was told to wait for a call back if I was accepted for the available position.
