Emails + Zoom screen for about 30 minutes, the interviewer was not particularly focused on me as an individual or seeming engaged in my candidacy -- she may have been -- however that wasn't my takeaway. I also felt the screening process was designed to identify political sensitivities and leanings. Which is understandable for a progressive organization.
