I had a positive initial conversation with Fiona at Scott Logic, she was friendly and professional. I was invited for an assessment day and found that all employees were native English speakers, which may not be suitable for everyone. I did not receive any follow-up communication after the interview and had to reach out for feedback. They offered a call to discuss but did not follow through. It may be best for non-native UK speakers to consider other opportunities
