The interview process consisted of collaborative group logic problems. Such as building the highest tower using a scarce amount of resources. Additionally, candidates answered interview questions related to simple database concepts and algorithms. Subsequently, successful participated in a 4 week Codeacademy learning SQL basics, with support from employees of the company. At the end of the four weeks, candidates completed a personal project using the skills gained from the academy. It was at this point of the process I wasn't selected.
