The HR person is very polite. Actually all the persons interviewed me were very nice. I really like to work with them unfortunately, I didn't get the offer. Althought I didn't have a chance to work there, but it seems to me their workload is okay. Salaries is also in average. One thing funny is that the hiring manager asked exactly the same question as the phone interview. The quesitons are combined with behavior quesiton and technical questions. Techinial quesitions are very simple. It seems employees with Shoretel is quite honest and straight forward. But my words don't have more credit since I didn't have a chance to work there anyway.
