The HR round was about timings and personal round of interview
Online test was regarding research skills
Operations was mostly about previous experience and some general questions regarding research

I got the call from HR. Asked previous experience.
First they conducted a Written Test.
Then Manager Round was done. Asked like they need highly knowledge person.
HR Round with terrible salary negotiations.
