The hiring manager did not show up during my previous interview a while ago. Followed up with the recruiter, the manager had informed her to cancel the interview, but the recruiter did not update me promptly as she said she was on a medical leave as her whole family was contracted with covid. She responded they can reschedule the interview and ensure utmost professionalism in the interview process but I didn't believe it will be a legit one as initially it was not handled professionally and was cancelled in short notice by the hiring manager. So I had decided not to continue it. Read through the reviews, the interview process didn't improve since then, it seems like some interview candidates still face such unprofessional ghosting treatments. Avoid this company at all costs! I got a proof for my claim.
