Went in with a reference. Got called for an interview. The interviewee was amazing, kept it casual and engaging. Not technical at all. Dont be scared to have a conversation but be sure to throw in tech terms and explain roles and duties done by yourself Their office is amazing. They give you a tour. They take you to a conference room and you basically talk the interview away!
