A bewildering, frustrating experience. Before the first interview, they required a time-sensitive test. It's one thing to have a skills test or exercise to see how candidates think through problems or approach common industry tasks. This test was the equivalent of the math section of an SAT: calculating averages, doing percentages, making sets. Strangest of all, about 30-40% of the test was just "Spot the difference" questions, with no accommodations or affordances for low-vision or vision disabled people. It was not related in any way to the job that I was applying for and have worked in for the last twenty years.
This was followed with a personality quiz that asked the same 5 questions in 20 different ways (100 questions total). The questions were things like "Do you believe that disobeying company policy is ever justified?" "When there are extenuating circumstances, you'd disobey company policy, right?" "You agree that company policy should always be followed." Bizarre.
I was shocked that a real company would approach talent acquisition with this sort of unprofessional behavior.

"Do you have experience optimizing help content for machines instead of end users?"

It was a long process, it took about 6 weeks. Glad I made it to the final round, but super disappointed I didn't get an offer.
There were a LOT of rounds, and they were in a strange order for me, this may not apply to everyone:
- No Recruiter Screening Call
- Cognitive and Personality Test
- Hiring Manager Interview - this was a 30 minute casual convo and I REALLY liked the manager, she was very informative about the team.
- Editor Session - this was a 30 minute session with a team member that included LIVE editing of a document, mostly to test how you approach it etc. I thought it was a little out-dated, and a position that is so AI focused would be better served to have a different type of evaluation.
- Team Interview - another 30 minute conversation with 2 team members, learned a lot more about the day to day and what they're looking for someone in this position to accomplish.
- Life Story / Recruiter interview - this was the final step for me, really focused on my career thus far. Very conversational, mostly me sharing my story, very few questions.

They mostly focused on my past work experience, everything was conversational, not typical interview questioning.
