My experience with the HR department was relatively poor. Despite being invited for a technical test involving Excel and SQL, the communication and organization surrounding the process were severely lacking. Initially, I was asked to provide my availabilities for the test, which I promptly did. However, instead of confirming a suitable time, the HR staff proceeded to send the test without any prior notice or confirmation (it had a deadline of 2 hours). To make matters worse, the email containing the test was addressed to someone else entirely. When I reached out to clarify the situation and request a scheduled time for the test, my concerns were brushed aside. The HR staff proceeded to send the test again at night after working hours, this time without any prior notification, leaving me with an unreasonable two-hour deadline to complete it. This lack of communication and disregard for basic professionalism was incredibly frustrating. A simple apology for the oversight regarding the wrong name in the email would have been appreciated, but it was never offered.

There were 2 rounds of interview. First is HR interview, it was a 30-minutes call, including some basic behaviour questions. Second is an interview with the reporting manager, the interview took about an hour, including Q&A. The interviewer asked about my resume and some product management related questions.
