There will be two stages of interviews, one with the general HR and next with users. The HR interview will be conducted together with several other applicants, questions mostly very basic introduction and your availability. As for the user interview, things will be more detailed and it also includes other applicants. If you are not pass the first user interview, you will have to wait several weeks and the HR will refer you to another department with different user.

Took very long to get a response from HR. However, HR team is accommodating about interview timing. The person who interviewed me seems a little unprofessional, maybe because it is just the first basic screening interview.
