Generally quite a typical PM interview process with typical questions. However, was unfortunately thrown between 2 teams during the interview process, resulting in having to go through 2x the number of interviews compared to a typical candidate. For one of the interviews, the interviewer only asked ~3 questions that took up 10 minutes and the remaining time was left for the candidate to ask questions.

Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.
