Entrevista
- it took around 1 month from applied until the offering process
1. first stage, CV screening
2. if you passed, you'll get the invite to GMAT test >> 20 minutes only, several qs, around 30 as i remembered
3. HR interview (10-20mnts)
4. User interview 1 (should be your direct report) >> asking abt your experince, some simple test case, took around 1 hour
5. User interview 2 (should your manager/your direct report boss) >> more focusing about critical thinking in general, asked your expereince, some simple test case
6. Background check >> HR team will asked your previous colleague about your performance. They had the template and will sent it to your colleague. So better to prepare your colleague to get reach by the HR
7. Offering >> it took a week after your background check, you may counter it, they will review and get back to you one they got the newest offer

Pregunta 1
1. HR interview >> asked abt your self, how you interact with others, about your previous experience in general
2. User 1 interview >> asked about your experince deeper, tell u abt the D2D task, tell you about the team, ask some simple test case verbally, i believe this qs is to check your critical thinking, how you solve a problem, how to define a problem and face it
3. User 2 interview >> asked deeper about how you think, how you face some iissue, how your systematical thinking, how you communicate with other team
Hr interview - study case - no feedback after that. The former recruiter said that i’m in advance stage and she handed over to the new recruiter, i tried to follow up to the new recruiter but there’s no reply
