Entrevista
I went through 3 rounds of interview. First two round was relatively okay. third round was horrible. Was tasked to introduce myself and when I was only 3 sentences in, interviewer interrupted and told me I’m not really doing something related to what the role needs me to do (I have alr been through 2 rounds and they proceeded my application). Then when tasked to explain on a certain KPI, interviewer cut me off rudely and said that they already know about it (but they are the one who asked me??)
Was also asked very sensitive information
on my current company’s strategy etc and interviewer kept probing about why I didn’t want to continue fulltime in my company.
Super long process
Lengthy interview process, usually about 4 rounds, takes about a whole month to hear back. Be careful of certain HRs - very two faced and can shortchange you. Company now also turning bad, people are asked to go left and right and people in higher postitions may be more of bootlickers.

Entrevista
First round of interview was conducted via Google Meet, Interviewer seemed to be asking many technical questions regarding past roles as expected. Interviewer is in charge of HR and did not turn camera on and was a little pushy regarding start date.
