I applied online. There were 2 interviews, one with HR and another with my to-be supervisor. The interview with HR was somewhat standard, with only 1 or 2 questions about what you think about certain apps. The interview with my to-be supervisor had more questions relevant to the job.

1. Call with HR - mostly administrative
2. Interview with team lead - business questions, some tech questions, some behavioural questions. Focus is on the business end. Minimal to no tech skills required.

Recruiter email questions Recruiter interview Line manager interview It was smooth, interview went well. They were fast and responsive. Not open to changing business units though. Good benefits and decent salary
