Had a video interview with hiring managers, they were very informal and irrespective. They even complained the company that everyone would be expected to work over time. I didn’t hear back after this final interview until I emailed them to ask for the outcome.

Entrevista
You have to pass an online exam before qualifying for the interview. Each interview is around 15-20 min. 1st is a phone interview with a recruiter, then 2 interviews with different hiring manager thru video call.

Entrevista
Application:
I applied through online. The process took a week. I only interviewed through the first stage; phone interview in November 2018.
Interview:
The interview holds two stages; first stage is phone interview and second stage is face to face interview.
Since a week from applying online, I finally received a phone call from Shopee recruiter to confirmed my application and planned an appointment for my first interview through phone call on the next two days. During the phone conversation, the recruiter was willing to extend her time to listen everything from my points. The questions asked were mostly about my personal background (education, interest, experience, capability) and a little of my knowledge about Shopee.
After questioning all, she went on to brief me with the position; Business Development Incubation) which she can offer by based on my background and interest. Before the interview ends, the recruiter informed me that they will get back to me if I am shortlisted for the second stage; face-to-face interview soon.
After interview:
The frustration for me emerged with the follow-up from Shopee recruiter. It took quite some time (approximately 2-3 weeks) for them to update you on whether if I have successful or unsuccessful make it for the second stage. After 3 weeks, I decided and called them to inquire on my application status and finally received an answer with ''unsuccessful getting through the next round''.
I am frustrated that they made me waited long enough to just receive with this negative news while they do not bother to update me at all. But you will need to chase them for an answer which then they will start to realize and get back to you. I personally the follow-up by Shopee recruiter is not really profession and no responsibility at all.
