Applied early Q1 2020 via Shopee Malaysia’s company website, received an email from the HR associate approximately 5 weeks later. (1) Screening Interview by HR This session was carried out via phone interview, took around 45 mins+, the representative appeared friendly, explained about the company culture, but could not elaborate on the job scope nor the day-to-day activities of the required position (2) Interview with the Interim Team Lead The interview session was cancelled 15 minutes before the interview, postponed to the following week. Additionally, this was very much related to pre-sales job and getting sellers in rather than project management. There were no questions on project management either. Just a word of advise to anyone who intends to join this team, please withhold information such as last-drawn payslips, your private information, if any. Please be cautious of companies as such fishing for industry related data. The advises from my acquainted senior managers are that: (1) do not give any info, on payslips, even after they claimed they are going to hire you (2) take some time to read up the reviews of the company

This is a final round interview which one on one process with foreign lead manager. It took time within 1 hours. HR will contact and schedule your time to invite you to the interview which you will have link to access directly.
