It has three rounds. Phone interview, around 10 mins; writing test with 4 questions, need to do research and take some time ; in person interview, around 20 mins

I applied online. The phone interview is ok, general questions like tell me about yourself, why shopee, why this position. Writing test is a bit long and challenging. In person interview is around 20 mins with the team leader, and she asked more detailed questions related to the industry and position. Need to prepare well. I thought my performance was ok and the team leader seems friendly, but did not get offer.
One phone interview with HR and one zoom interview with hiring manager. hiring manager asked alot of questions and we had a good conversation. got accepted under product development team as an intern
It was very nice and supportive. I just didn’t prepare very well, but then my friends who did go to the offer. I hope things will go well in the future for me.
It was a great experience overall, and I truly enjoyed the whole interview process. The conversation flowed naturally, and the atmosphere felt comfortable rather than overly strict or formal. I appreciated how engaging and open the discussion was, which allowed me to express my thoughts clearly and confidently without feeling pressured or intimidated.
