Met at store location, interviewed in the mall because of noise levels. Asked a serious of questions including why I was interested in working for the company, what my weakness was, how I would describe initiative, etc. Went back to the store for a "merchandising" test. Overall, it was a good experience. Very laid back and organized.

You send in an application, and the manager calls to schedule an interview. You only have one interview. Overall, you get asked typical retail-type questions such as how would you handle an upset employee, or whether it's okay to take things from work. The woman who did my interview was relaxed positive, and had a few fun questions of her own for me. Very easy interview process.
