I found the job on LinkedIn and apply. There are 4 interview rounds in total - HR Screening - Tech Interview (problem-solving, code review, domain knowledge) - Behaviour Interview (with Engineering Manager) - Behaviour Interview (with VP of Engineering) The last is the landing offer round.

1. DSA Round - 1 question to understand our thought process and problem solving skills and coding ability.
2. System Design round - Use-case based designing and understanding tradeoffs and reasoning ability.
3. HM round - Behavioural and scenarios based questions around work.

After successful coding round, got an email from the recruiter as
"The hiring team has carefully reviewed your experience and has decided not to move forward with your candidacy at this time."
which seems too off and upsetting, why bother having a coding interview then?

Entrevista
1. Interview with Hiring Manager (an Engineering Manager). S/he gets to know you better, and understand your motivations and career.
2. Technical Interview with Engineers. This step you will get a Medium-difficulty LeetCode question.
3. System Design Interview with Engineers. You will be given an open design problem, have to discuss to build a solution step-by-step.
4. Leadership Principles / Behavioural Round with an Engineering Manager. You are given contextual questions and asked what you've done in certain circumstances.
