basic interview questions. I first met with the owner of the company it was a very general interview. She asked me to come back in another day with the person who be my supervisor. After meeting with my supervisor I was asked to have a trial day to see if i was compatible with the office environment.

Standard questions about previous eCommerce customer service associate. Do not seem to have much knowledge of their own system so recommended to come in having studied systems such as shopify, uservoice, zendesk, etc
