Overall HR is a revolving door at RIC, the HR rep from RIC started 5 months before me and left RIC after a year to another higher paying job. HR did minimal with the interview. Hiring manager did most of the interviewing with questions on knowledge, skills, and abilities about disability and treatment plans for different types of disability.
