Submit application, phone screening, hospital tour/interview (all pre covid so it may have changed since then). You only interview with the units you have interest in. Pediatrics is the most competitive unit for the spot.

The interview was so simple and was really nothing to stress over. They mainly ask why you would like to intern at their specific hospital and what floor you would be most interested in working on. They do a great job of explaining what the internship structure looks like. I heard back via email within two weeks.

From Interview to Acceptance the process was about one week. They required a few references as well as speaking with the unit manager and the HR department. After that onboarding was great and everyone was very helpful.

It was over the phone with some of the nicest HR personnel . Answered 3 questions and then will get an answer in a few days. Few days later, they emailed me the great news
