ShipBob does a great job of tailoring the interview to more of a conversation. The questions are challenging and they do expect real-life examples, however, they format the interview in a way that makes it a free-flowing conversation.

I met with HR and then there was an assignment. In the final interview I presented the assignment to the Sales Managers. It was nice that there were only two interview steps and I got a chance to showcase my work.
