Was contacted quickly for in person interview, which was scheduled before the hiring manager arrived for the day. Manager asked point blank if I had something else to wear to my next interview. Clearly only concerned with appearances and not skills. Totally unprofessional.

Because appearances are important and people judge you on how you look, what else do you have to wear?
The interview process is very free and flows well. They ask very general questions regarding personal background that lead into job specific stuff that really shows if you’re fit to work at a start up or not. But the process is very genuine and direct.

Was contacted by a manager regarding a job opening that they felt I’d make a good candidate to fill the position. I met with an assistant manager who was unorganized and seemed to not have ema firm grasp of the interview process. There was no detail regarding what position they were looking to fill or the hours they needed. It felt like they were just getting a feel of whether or not I would be willing to work whenever they needed me-without offering any certainties.
