I got to have a few phone interviews, and was given the opprotunty to inteview the company back in those calls. This made me feel like I was both understanding the targets I was being hired to help drive towards, and that the culture was the sort that I would thrive in. After the phone interviews, we did have some video chats, in which I did a mock kickoff presentation. The group both enjoyed the time I put into the prep work, the sense of humor I brought and I truly was myself (just my best self!) in this interview. That cinched it for me. And for them too!
