Thank you for your review, we appreciate your honest and constructive feedback. We are currently working with many of our teams on interview training, to ensure that interviewers are prepared for their interviews and aren't asking the same question twice. Many of our employees are new, so this will take some time, but it is something we care greatly about. Since we have so many new employees, they aren't yet accustomed to greeting visitors upon arrival, we are sorry that you didn't feel welcomed right away. The video interview is often a new experience for candidates, we appreciate the feedback on your experience and will take that into account.
