Met with two "managers" when I really should have met with one at a time. Also, I met another worker there that had little relation to the job I was applying for, and he quit soon after I was hired. Seems like they had no plan or structure to their interview process.

Shift seems to be a great company, however, they really do need to work on their interviewing strategies. Got through an initial phone interview which followed up with a pre-recorded video interview (which I thought was very awkward) and finally led to the in person interview at their offices. When I first arrived, I got very unpleasant stares from all the employees as in "who is this guy" and had to stand there with no help until the receptionist returned a few minutes later. As for the interview, I thought it was quite unprofessional because I had two interviewers both dressed in normal street clothing while I was asked to dress professionally and started the interview asking if I'm interviewing for a job position that I did not apply for. Second interviewer pretty much came in and asked the exact same questions, hence you have to answer everything twice.
