I applied for the Prior Authorization role. After I submitted my application, I was contacted to schedule a phone screening, to discuss the role, a bit about my experience, and pay expectations. The next day, I was already scheduled for a virtual interview with one of the supervisors and the manager. They asked typical interview questions such as my strengths, how I prioritize tasks, and specific questions related to pharmacy, like billing rejection codes. They made me feel super comfortable throughout the process! My interview was on a Friday, and I got an offer Wednesday, the following week.

Interview process was seamless. Each interview, initial and final were conducted on time and professionally conducted. Both supervisors that I met with were not only interested in my experience and abilities but they were also interested in what I looked for in an employer.
