I had been a PT sales associate before applying to be a ASM, I felt that the interview process was very easy. Would advise anyone who is PT and applying to be ASM/MT to just be open with your manager and upper management on your goals and career advancements.

3 Stage interview. First with recruiter, next 2 stages are in person with store manager and city manager. One was in the store you'll be working at and the other is at corporate office.

Simple interview, there were 2-3 behavioral questions and most of it was just explaining the job role, The recruiter was really nice and had a really good store visit once I passed the inerview, Was offered role the very next day.
