Apply online, wait for management to call you, and when you do get ahold of them, they will offer you an interview and ask you when it is best for you to come in, schedule an interview and show up for it. Interviews are conducted by the manager in the manager's office. It will be a long interview. Even if you apply for a particular store, you can get an interview with a different store. For example if you applied in Milwaukee and a store in a nearby city is hiring, your application can be transferred to that store.
