Interview was fine, relatively easy just trying to get to know you as a person. Want people who are 'roll up your sleeves' types. From what I know the position involves being an assistant manager at a SW store, helping out and occasionally mixing paint until you get promoted to store manager and the ladder starts from there.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
