The interview process was long for me.
I met a recruiter at a job fair at my university. Scheduled an interview with her the following Monday, went great, was super friendly and I felt very comfortable. Expect basic behavioral and situational questions.
After that she told me to schedule a meeting with a store for the Store Visit. I went a week later and met with the manager and assistant manager. Super friendly, informal, relaxed, told me how they got their jobs and as long as you show genuine interest you should be good.
Then after a while I got an email saying she wants me to meet with the District Manager. I went a month later cause I was finishing up my fall semester. Went over my resume, got to know me, and I asked a lot of questions. Went well. But they wanted me to interview for the Metro District because I wanted to live in Queens. I was kind of annoyed but they were just looking out for me. I met with the city manager then the District manager. It was a bit harder, more questions, but still they were friendly and kind.
2 hours later I was in the first class of the semester when I got the job offer.
Great people, great culture, excited to work there.
