Easy and ongoing the processes and training takes the longest part, but it is very useful. Interview process and applying for the job is pretty difficult. They do not ask many questions during the interview because they pretty much know who they want before going in there anyway.

first they give you a one way interview online, and they give you a series of questions. Then you attend an in person interview after they have chosen you in the next phase.
